Meet the Team

Lucky is the perfect word to describe how we feel about having Erika join Apple Blossom Dentistry. As she has been here, she has proven to be an excellent fit for us. Working at the front desk, she is a bright, engaging, cheerful person; perfect for welcoming patients. This is not a surprise as she spends much of her personal time volunteering throughout the community with an focus on those most in need. Many of you probably know Erika as she is a fixture around Winchester and someone you don’t forget.

Every patient who has had the privilege of being seen by Morgann has left with a healthier, more beautiful smile. She is an excellent hygienist and an even better person. Morgann has a gentle personality to go with a gentle touch. I have been impressed many times by Morgann’s attention to detail, work ethic, and her ability to make patients comfortable. We are so happy that Morgann is a part of our dental family.

Millie is a person that makes it easy to come to work. She is responsible, smart and funny! You will encounter her on the phone or when you need someone to battle your insurance on your behalf. She is a great mother to Paisley. We are glad to have her as our office manager!

Our team has certainly found a great member in Ashley. She is a helpful, fun, kind, and certainly a fantastic hygienist. Her patients universally appreciate her. Her breakfast sandwiches are coveted by her co-workers. We are thrilled to have Ashley return to our team (long story)!

We searched for a long time to find the right person to fill this position, and our patience paid off. Dana is an excellent person and hygienist. Not only is Dana fast and thorough and sharp as a tack, she is also easy going with a quick laugh. This makes her a pleasure to work with and be around. When not at work, she will be flipping diapers, dumbbells, or houses!

Michelle Michelle Michelle! We are lucky to have Michelle. She is kind, considerate, thoughtful, and hardworking. You will most likely interact with Michelle over the phone or when you are checking in or checking out. Michelle is known and loved by many in the community where she is active in epilepsy awareness. Melissa is a cherished part of a dental dream team! (We sometimes wonder if she has any flaws?) She is smart, proactive and enjoyable to be around. We always have a good time with our patients. Her high character is a gift to her wonderful family as well as the community at large. Ask her about her kids, dog, or the next church party she is planning!

When we needed to find another hygienist to add to the team, Ashley told me she knew just the person. Sarah has proven Ashley’s good judgment! Sarah is happy, laid-back, hard working, and fun to be around. Sarah has added to our reputation of having excellent and gentle dental hygienists. She works with us part-time while spending the rest of the time with her growing family.

Lia always brings a smile with her exciting. She always has a story about her cute kids, travel plans, projects, and her husband Lamar. We were lucky to have her join our practice after years of experience. Life brought her here from Connecticut a few years and I always put in the extra effort to make sure she calls Winchester home for the long term.

Scout is a good boy! He loves coming up to the office to hang out up front with his co-workers. People are his favorite! If you'd like to visit, just ask and we can bring him around to the waiting room for a greeting! (Scout is hypoallergenic and is kept out of treatment areas as Dr. Haynie is a bit of a germophobe;)
